IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations. For that purpose, please call the Hotel X Reservations Centre at 1-855-943-9300 or visit their website. You must identify yourself as being with the group “G-CIAA”  and reserve before March 9, 2026, in order to qualify for the group rate. Reservations received after that date will only be confirmed on a space and rate availability basis.

CIAJ MEMBERSHIP: The membership fee is recoverable by federally-appointed judges under S. 27 (1) of the Judges Act. It may also be possible for provincially-appointed judges and others to be reimbursed through professional allowances from their organizations.

JUDGES TRAVEL AND OTHER ALLOWANCE: Participation in this program is approved under Section 41 (1) of the Judges Act.
