The challenge
Walk or run for 6 hours, alone, in a group or in a relay. For the virtual version, move for 6 hours with the physical activity of your choice.

Why 6H?
Open-heart surgery on a child with heart disease lasts an average of 6 hours. This challenge is a symbolic gesture of solidarity to support these children and their families.

Objective
Participants, alone or in teams, take up the challenge while collecting donations for the cause.
