We’ve reached that special time of year when our most important annual fundraising campaign takes place, the Dr. Julien’s Guignolée.

This year marks the 23rd edition of this flagship event, of which we are very proud. It represents an essential source of funding that enables us to sustain the model developed by Dr. Julien and to support the 48 community social pediatrics centres (CSPC) across the province.

Each year, thanks to your support, more than 12,000 children living in situations of great vulnerability receive various health services tailored to their needs from the CSPC and we sincerely thank you for making it possible. Every contribution, no matter the amount, makes a tremendous difference. It is through the generosity of big-hearted donors like you that we can continue supporting these centres, which welcome children in need with services tailored to their reality, in a compassionate, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment.

We all share a common goal: to ensure that every child can grow up healthy, in a safe environment, and reach their full potential. This has been Dr. Julien’s vision since the very beginning, when he first created this model — a vision that resonates even more deeply today, as an increasing number of children and families face difficult social and economic circumstances.
