If you already have an online donation or application account with Fondation des artistes, use the log-in (“CONNEXION”) button at the top of the page. This will save you from having to re-enter your details.

This program has been made possible thanks to the support of the Azrieli Foundation, in collaboration with the Artists' Foundation.

To benefit from this program, you must :
- To be a professional artist from Quebec, active on stage, on television, or in film (including, but not limited to, musicians, singers, actors, comedians, dancers, circus artists, magicians, illusionists, poets, and slam artists), and to work as a self-employed worker.
- Have been working in the performing or audiovisual arts sector for the past two years and earn most of your income from your artistic career.
- Not have received support from the Psychosocial Support Fund or from the Equilibrium Program during the previous year or the current year.
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.

Before completing the form, please make sure you have the following documents:
- Updated resume (specifying the years of your contracts).
- Proof of permanent residence: photo of your health insurance card or valid driver's license.

Space is limited and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted.
