On May 22nd, I will proudly represent Avison Young in The Derby by Let’s Bond—an event dedicated to supporting mental health.

Mental health affects us all. Whether it’s a friend, a family member, or even ourselves, we all know someone who has struggled with anxiety, depression, or another mental health challenge. That’s why I’m taking action to make a difference.

This year, my team and I are raising funds for La Fondation Jeunes en Tête, the Douglas Foundation, and UP House—three incredible organizations working to improve mental health support, research, and reintegration in our communities.

La Fondation Jeunes en Tête: Supports mental health initiatives for youth across Quebec, ensuring access to vital resources and community programs.

The Douglas Foundation: Advances groundbreaking neuroscience research, provides essential care for patients, and raises awareness about mental health.

UP House: Helps individuals living with mental health conditions reintegrate into society by providing them with meaningful opportunities to grow and contribute.

Le 22 mai, je représenterai fièrement Avison Young lors de The Derby by Let’s Bond, un événement dédié au soutien de la santé mentale.

La santé mentale nous concerne tous. Que ce soit un ami, un membre de notre famille ou même nous-mêmes, nous connaissons tous quelqu’un qui a été confronté à l’anxiété, la dépression ou un autre trouble de santé mentale. C’est pourquoi j’ai décidé d’agir et de faire une différence.

Cette année, mon équipe et moi récoltons des fonds pour La Fondation Jeunes en Tête, la Fondation Douglas et UP House-trois organisations extraordinaires qui œuvrent pour améliorer le soutien en santé mentale, la recherche et la réinsertion sociale dans nos communautés.

La Fondation Jeunes en Tête : Soutient les initiatives en santé mentale pour les jeunes à travers le Québec, en garantissant l’accès à des ressources essentielles et à des programmes communautaires.
