Participe à l'activité : The Derby 2026

En juin prochain, je participerai pour une 2e fois à la compétition The Derby by Let’s Bond — un événement qui me tient particulièrement à cœur.

Comme beaucoup d’entre nous, j’ai des proches qui ont été touchés de près ou de loin par des enjeux de santé mentale. C’est une réalité importante, et c’est ce qui me motive à m’impliquer à nouveau cette année.

Les fonds amassés seront remis à la Fondation Jeunes en Tête, à la Fondation de l’Institut Douglas, à la Maison Up, ainsi qu’à plusieurs autres organismes œuvrant en santé mentale partout au Québec. Ces organisations jouent un rôle essentiel en offrant du soutien, de l’éducation et des ressources à ceux qui en ont besoin.

Si tu souhaites encourager la cause et m’aider à atteindre mon objectif de collecte de fonds, chaque don fait une réelle différence.

This June, I’ll be participating for the second time in The Derby by Let’s Bond — an event that’s truly meaningful to me.

Like many of us, I have people close to me who have been affected, directly or indirectly, by mental health challenges. It’s an important reality, and it’s what motivates me to get involved again this year.

The funds raised will support the Fondation Jeunes en Tête, the Douglas Institute Foundation, Maison Up, and several other organizations working in mental health across Quebec. Each of these organizations plays a key role in providing support, education, and resources to those who need it.
