Athletes:

Will I receive a tax receipt for my registration?

No. Receipts are only issued for outright donations. Your registration covers your participation fees, meals, etc.

I can no longer participate. Can I get a refund?

No refund is available. However, if you must cancel and no replacement can be found, contact Geneviève Lesage at glesage@mira.ca. Your registration could be converted into a donation, and in this case, you could receive a tax receipt.

I need to find a replacement. Do I need to inform you?

Yes. It is essential that we be informed of the person who will be taking your place. Contact Geneviève Lesage at glesage@mira.ca and we will send you the procedure to follow to complete the registration transfer.

What can I gain as a participant?

Several prizes offered by our partners will be drawn among the teams that reach their fundraising goal. Category winners also receive various prizes.

Where is the competition held?

Outdoors, directly at Mira, at 1820 Rang Nord-Ouest, Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, QC, J0H 1S0

Do visitors have to pay to enter?

No, admission is free for all visitors. Come cheer on your friends or simply enjoy the event! Food trucks are available (paid service).

When can I set up my tent for my team or gym?

You can set up your tent the morning of the competition, starting at 6:00 a.m. There are designated areas for this purpose.

Will there be entertainment?

Yes! Entertainers and DJs will be on the floors, and the stars of the day will be the athletes... and our dogs!

Will there be photos or videos after the event?

Yes, photo albums will be shared with attendees after the event and published on our social media, free of charge.
