The PowerDog competition is back for its 5th edition!


Organized in collaboration with CrossFit Stricken Saint-Hilaire to benefit the Mira Foundation, the PowerDog competition returns with a vengeance on Saturday, June 6, 2026, directly at Mira, in Sainte-Marie-Madeleine.


Form your team and mobilize your friends and family!
Create a team of two (M/M or F/F), then invite your colleagues, friends, and loved ones to support you in your fundraising for Mira.
Goal of $400 per person (including registration fees), for a total of $800 per team. We're pushing the envelope for this anniversary edition!


This year, we're raising the goal to celebrate a milestone: $1 million raised in 5 years thanks to PowerDog.

Many prizes to be won
Rewards will be awarded to the top three teams in each category, as well as to all participants who reach or exceed their fundraising goal (see reward scales).

Forms will be hidden as soon as a category approaches its maximum capacity. If your partner has not yet registered, if you would like to check availability, or to be added to the waiting list in case of cancellation, please contact Geneviève Lesage at glesage@mira.ca.


Rates

  • Exclusive rate for teams that have reached or exceeded their goal in 2025: $150 per person*
  • Regular rate (until March 31, 2025): $175 per person*
  • Last-minute rate: $200 per person*

*Fees include: meal, Shop Santé protein smoothie, and official PowerDog 2026 t-shirt.

For logistical and fairness reasons, donations will be counted until Saturday, June 6th at 10:00 a.m.—not a minute more or less. Donations received after this time will not be considered for Lottery draws, but they are still welcome to help us increase the overall fundraising!

This year, thanks to a third competition floor, we hope to welcome 650 participants and raise $300,000 to fund the training of eight future guide and assistance dogs.

Each dog represents an average investment of $35,000 for Mira, which is funded primarily through the generosity of the general public and fundraising activities. Since 1981, more than 4,000 dogs have been given free of charge to people seeking a better quality of life and greater independence.

Several on-site activities for spectators and participants, in addition to the competition: a tour of the nursery, a photo booth with puppies, a relaxation area, and more.

We look forward to seeing you on June 6th!

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
No refunds will be issued.
However, it is possible to transfer your registration to a replacement. To do so, please contact Geneviève Lesage at glesage@mira.ca. She will provide you with the necessary procedure.


If you can no longer participate and there is no one to replace you, we can issue you a tax receipt for the value of your registration, which will then be considered a donation to the foundation.
