Your contribution is limitless as it allows athletes to enrich their lives through sport and to develop their confidence, autonomy and health. By being active together, they share a stimulating experience, and the pride of surpassing themselves.

At Special Olympics Québec, we offer a place that promotes the improvement of the quality of life and self-esteem of people living with an intellectual disability. From childhood on, athletes are introduced to sports and then remain active for life through our various sports programs and health clinics.
