From August 23-25, I will be riding 300km once again in support of the ALS Society of QC. This is an extra special year, as I celebrate 15 years as the Executive Director. We are currently supporting 500 families touched by ALS in Quebec. This includes: The afflicted person, their caregiver(s), their kids and any loved one or friend who calls on us for information and/or support. We also work in collaboration with their care team and the healthcare network to ensure their support is maximized. ALS affects every person differently and we are so proud to offer personalized and diversified programs and services to best suit their needs. We are able to do so because of the support of donors and volunteers who help us with our mission.
ALS is a fatal disease within 2-5 years. For every diagnosis, there is sadly a death. Over my 15 years, we have known to have lost roughly 2000 members in Quebec. We need to change this. With your help, I know we can.
Thank you for your support!
