Please join my ALS fundraiser in honour of Nadine's mom, Yolande (Yo) Baladi.
As many of you know, we lost Nadine's mom, Yo, to ALS in 2018. She was such a high energy, fit and active woman who inspired Nadine to become the lifelong athlete she is. Her illness and passing further inspired us to stay active “because we can”. We never take our healthy bodies for granted. Along with Nadine and others on Team Yo Mama, I will ride 100km on August 22 to honour her spirit, and to fundraise and support research for a cure to this debilitating disease.
