According to the interpretations of the of the Income Tax Law about eligible donations, I confirm that this donation is not binding; nor will it reduce, directly or indirectly, any obligation that I (or any related parties) may have for training expenses, program expenses, travel expenses, or other similar expenses with the recipient sporting organization or any of its affiliated organizations
I am aware that any false or misleading statement made to the tax authorities will constitute a legal and criminal liability.
