6H En Coeur concept

Montreal or Quebec City section: Participate alone or in a team of 2 to 6 people and get moving for 6 hours, by walking or running, continuously, in a group or in a relay.

Remote component: Take up the challenge of 6 hours of physical activity of any kind, solo, in a group or in a relay.

Why 6 hours?

Because 6 hours is the average duration of open-heart surgery for a child with heart disease. This event is a gesture of solidarity towards these children and their families.

A challenge of solidarity and commitment

The aim is twofold: to raise funds to support children with heart disease, and to show our solidarity with them through a joint effort.
