I am aware that any false or misleading statement made to the tax authorities will constitute legal and criminal liability.
Each employee and/or member of the Federation Board of Directors who makes a donation to their federation must complete and sign the document Déclaration d'employé.e/C.A. to confirm that the donation is made voluntarily. Please forward it to the address indicated at the bottom of the document
